SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR | Kim P. Goh
Kim joined Hudson Ventures in 2000 as the Senior Managing Director. From 1997 to 1999, Kim has
been a private investor and advisor to several start-ups. From 1993 to 1997, Kim was an Executive
Vice President at Merck/Medco, a "Mail-order Pharmacy" and Pharmacy Benefits Manager. Between 1988 and 1993, Kim was a
Director at Chemical Bank, Delaware and the Head of the Retail
Operations at Chemical Banking Corporation. From 1970 to 1988, Kim
held several senior executive positions in technology management at
Citibank, including the Technology Head of the Capital Market Group,
the Global Equities Group and the International Private Bank. He was
instrumental in acquiring, building and repositioning numerous
companies. During his tenure at Citibank, his portfolio companies
included FAME, Inc. (a provider of technology software to financial
institutions), CitiShare, Inc., (Citibank's original timesharing
business company which evolved to become Citicorp's vehicle for
national ATM business) and Newbridge Securities, Inc. (a securities
clearance broker and a securities lender with a $3 billion
portfolio). Between 1990 and 1991, Kim was the Representative for
the Consumer Banking Association to the Electronic Benefits Transfer
Task Force, Washington D. C. Kim currently serves on the Boards of
Peminic, a Hudson Ventures portfolio company.
Kim holds a B. A. degree from Southampton College, M. A. degree
(Economics) from the New School University, Master of International
Affairs degree from Columbia University, and Master of Science in
Information Technology degree with distinction from Carnegie Mellon
University. Kim is also a graduate of the Harvard University
Advanced Management Program.
