(sold to UGO, Inc and later sold to Hearst Inc in 2007) bla-bla.com was an early stage Internet company that functions as a hub for independent content providers. The company was focused on providing a low cost method for establishing as a content-rich Internet portal. With their unique proprietary publishing system, the company was positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for online destinations that allow users to develop their own identities and establish relationships with other Internet users. UnderGround Online Networks ("UGO") acquired the Company in May 2000.
